If there are any outstanding arrears or account issues these would need to be settled before the cancellation request can be processed.
If you pay, or have paid, for a service by standing order, we will notify you to cancel the standing order in case of unfavourable situations. We will only cancel the service once the standing order has been cancelled by you in 6 months of time period. If you fail to cancel the standing order for any reason within 6 months of signing the project we will consider it as an automatic termination of the project provided there is no intent from the client side to finish the project,in that case no refund will be provided. In order to reinstate a terminated project client has to pay the new costing that will be proposed by us to the client as per the requirement.
